Direct Debit Collection Online Training
Our online, face-to-face Direct Debit training course provides a thorough overview of the Direct Debit scheme. Courses are delivered by our experienced Training Manager via online platforms such as Zoom, using a mix of learning techniques. These include interactive breakout sessions, online whiteboards, presentation slides, and discussion points. Training materials are provided as required and, after the course, delegates receive a certificate of attendance.
Prior to the course, we will collect details of your specific requirements and objectives. Courses are run at pre-arranged times on a day that suits you or you can attend one of our pre-arranged sessions. Our next Direct Debit In-Depth Course: A Complete Overview will be run online on June 13th 2023. It will be delivered live in 2 sessions (from 10.00 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and from 1.00 p.m. until 3.30 p.m.) – allowing a break of 30 minutes for lunch. All your questions and queries are welcome. Direct Debit In-Depth
This is a full course. Lasting approximately 5 hours and delivered in 2 sessions, it is a complete and thorough review of the Direct Debit Scheme, Bacs Rules and Best Practice Approaches. It covers sign-up, the Instruction, lodgement, the Guarantee, collections, Bacs reports, Indemnity Claim, and ongoing management. Courses are run for mixed groups or as a dedicated course for your team.
Direct Debit Basics
This 2-hour module covers an overview of the Direct Debit Scheme and follows the sign-up journey for your customers, reviewing the Bacs Rules and best practice around the Direct Debit Instruction, Guarantee, lodgement and collection. It provides a great overview for anyone involved in a Direct Debit System.
Paperless Direct Debit
This 1.5–2-hour module provides insight into the process and responsibilities when introducing or operating a Paperless Direct Debit Scheme. It covers sign-up methods such as telephone and online, plus KYC, modulus check requirements, and the lodgement and collection cycles.
Bacs Reports
This 1.5–2-hour module provides a thorough overview of available Bacs reports. It looks at what information the reports contain, how they should be applied, and what actions you should take in response to them. Understanding these reports will help ensure a streamlined and error-free system.
